There is something powerful about having a safe place to share your heart. I support women ages 18+ as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri and as a Spiritual Director with the Christ-Centered Spiritual Directors Association.

My Approach

My approach is that of journeying with you through an attentive listening heart, understanding, and practical resources. Your loss is unique and deeply personal. It is not something to be fixed but is rather to be honored. I am a Certified Grief Instructor by David Kessler with Grief.com. Christ-Centered Spiritual Direction Emphasis

For those who desire a faith based emphasis, I provide a place to process questions, desires, and concerns while acknowledging the Holy Spirit as comforter, helper, strengthener, and guide. I offer prayer, empathy, scriptural meditations, and helpful resources.

Appointment Details ● Beginning April 2026

I offer individual appointments for women and refer out for minors, marriage, and family.

I do not provide clinical diagnoses. For individuals seeking a diagnosis or specialized clinical support, I refer them to qualified counselors in the area. My focus is in grief and loss, faith issues, and caregiver support.

Sessions are forty-five to fifty minutes long.

Cost is $90 per appointment. I do not take insurance. Payment is due at the appointment time.

The office is located in Chesterfield, MO near Hwy 40 and Olive.
